Smart access control for every door and permission

We build door access systems for offices and facilities, from card, face or fingerprint readers where supported to electric locking hardware and user permissions, then test entry and exit before handover.

  • Door and lock survey
  • User-based permissions
  • Entry and exit testing
Smart access and door control system
Solution components

Three parts work together to control access

Reader or verification device

Card, fingerprint, face or multiple methods depending on the selected device and project design.

Door locking hardware

Electric strike, maglock or another suitable mechanism, with exit button and door sensor when required.

Users and permissions

Add users and define who may enter, which door they can use and when, according to system capabilities.

Pre-installation survey

We review the door, power and exit method before approving equipment

What do we check?

  • Door type, opening direction and reader/lock mounting position.
  • Suitable electric locking method and mounting requirements.
  • Power supply and backup power where required.
  • Exit button, door-status sensor and safe-egress requirements.
  • Number of doors, users and required management or network method.

Important before installation

We do not approve a reader or lock from a photo alone. Door type, exit behavior, safety requirements and door count determine the right hardware, power and wiring design.

Entry methods

Choose the verification method that fits the site

Card

User cards with permissions that can be changed or revoked when supported by the management system.

Fingerprint

Fast entry for registered users when the selected device includes a fingerprint reader.

Face

Touchless entry on devices that support face recognition according to the actual product specifications.

PIN

Keypad access when the reader supports PIN entry, optionally combined with another verification method.

Implementation process

From door survey to permission testing

01Survey the doors

We identify each door, lock type, reader position and cable route.

02Design the system

We define controllers, readers, power, user count and required permissions.

03Install and configure

We install readers and locks, then add users, schedules and permissions.

04Test and hand over

We test entry, exit, door status and emergency behavior, then explain management.

FAQ

Before installing an access control system

Can one system control multiple doors?

Yes, when the controller and system are designed for the required number of doors. We define current capacity and future expansion before installation.

Can users enter by card, fingerprint or face?

Yes, depending on the selected reader or device. Some devices support one method while others support multiple verification methods.

What happens during a power outage?

It depends on lock type, power supply and safety design. Safe egress and the required door behavior are reviewed before installation.

Can a user be removed or their permissions changed?

Systems with user management can change schedules and permitted doors or remove a user according to the management method.

Can the system integrate with intercom or other systems?

It can when devices and integration interfaces are compatible. Required integrations are reviewed before equipment and implementation are approved.

Need access control for an office or facility?

Send the door count, entrance type and required entry method

We review doors, readers, locking hardware and permissions, then define the right solution before installation.
