Customer accounts

When you create an account, we may store your name, company, mobile number, email, city, address, saved products and quotation requests. Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing and cannot be displayed as plain text.

Email verification protects access to quotations linked to the same email address. You may request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to records we must retain for legal or operational reasons.

Account security and retention

We use secure sessions, limited-life verification tokens and sign-in throttling. Account information is retained only as needed to provide and follow up the requested services, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
